A kwanakin baya dai malaman sun je Yamai, babban birnin Nijar, inda suka samu tattaunawa da shugaban mulkin sojin kasar, Janar Abdulrahmane Tchiani.
Tinubu dai ya sanar da daukar matakin ne a matsayinsa na Shugaban Kungiyar Raya Tattalin Arzikin Kasashen Afirka ta Yamma (ECOWAS).
Tun bayan da sojojin suka kwace mulki daga hannun Mohammed Bazoum a ranar 26 ga watan Yuli, ECOWAS ta kakaba wa kasar jerin takunkumai, tare da barazanar daukar matakin soji.
Tuni dai kungiyar ta ba dakarunta umarnin kasancewa cikin shirin ko-ta-kwana a kokarin dawo da mulkin farar hula, duk da dai ba ta rufe kofar sulhu ba.
