Gwamnatin Jihar Kebbi ta sake shan kaye a Kotun Daukaka Kara kan tsige tsohon Sarkin Gwandu, Alhaji Mustapha Jokolo daga kujerarsa.
Karo na biyu ke nan da Alhaji Mustapha Jokolo yake samun nasara a gaban kotu a kan gwamnatin jihar da wasu mutum 12 kan dambarwar tsige shi.
Jokolo ya dauka kara ne bayan kotun farko ta tabbatar da tsige shi da gwamantin jihar ta yi, amma ya yi nasara sau biyu a gaban kotun daukaka kara, wadda ta ce ba a saurari bayaninsa ba kafin sauke shi.
A hukuncin da suka yanke a ranar Litinin, alkalan kotun, karkashin jagorancin Mai Shari’a Justice Ebiowei Tobi sun yi watsi da karar da gwamnatin jihar ta daukaka.

Gwamnatin jihar ta daukaka kara ne bayan da farko kotun daukaka ta soke tsigewar da aka yi wa Alhaji Mustapha Jokolo.
“Abin da karamar kotun ta yi kawai shi ne ambaton dokar masarautun Jihar Kebbi wajen cewa ba a saurari wanda ake kara na farko ba.
“Wannan daukaka kara ba shi da hurumi, don haka kotu ta kore shi tare da tabbatar da hukuncin Mai Shari’a Abbas.
“Idan ba a manta ba, kotun daukaka kara ta farko ta amsa Jokolo saboda a kan abu daya ake magana,” in ji shi.
Da yake jawabi kan hukunci, lauyan masu daukaka kara, Yabubu Maikyau, ya yaba bisa yadda kotun ta yanke hukunci a kan lokaci, amma ya ce za su daukaka kara zuwa Kotun Koli.
A nasa bangaren, lauyan Jokolo, Barista Fascal Onyenobi ya yaba da hukuncin, yana mai cewa ba su yi mamaki ba, saboda karo na biyu ke nan da suke samun nasara a gaban shari’a.
