Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO) ta roki mawadata a kasashen duniya su sauke nauyin da ke kansu wajen taimakawa da kudaden da aka alkawarta na Dala biliyan 16 don fatattakar cutar COVID-19.
A cewar WHO, Dala biliyan 16 din da ake dakon su daga masu kudin kasashen duniya za su taimaka wajen yakar matsalar COVID-19 da ta addabi duniya, muddin aka samar da su cikin shekarar nan.

Karkashin shirin ACT-A da ke kunshe da shirin covax, akwai yunkurin magance kalubalen lafiyar da annobar COVID-19 ta haifar a duniya, ciki har da wadata duniya da rigakafin cutar, da kuma samar da kayayyakin gwaji da na jinyar cutar.
WHO ta bayyana cewa shirin na ACT-A da ya bukaci tsabar kudi Dala biliyan 23 don tafiyar da harkokin da aka tsara daga watan Oktoban 2021 zuwa Satumban 2022, har zuwa yanzu Dala miliyan 800 aka iya samarwa.
Hukumar ta ce yanzu haka shirin na bukatar Dala biliyan 16 daga mawadata a kasashen duniya ne domin cike gibin da aka samu a kokarin yakar cutar.
Tedros, wanda shi ne shugaban WHO, ya ce yaduwar nau’in Delta na cutar COVID-19 ya tsananta, baya ga bullar samfurin Omicron na cutar a baya-bayan nan.
A cewarsa, kimiyya ta bayar da damar iya yakar cutar da kuma kawar da ita daga ban kasa, matukar kowane bangare zai yi sadaukarwa, musamman mawadata masu karfin tattalin arziki.
