A wannan mako Aminiya ta  leka shafin Rumbun Ilimi ne Intanet ne domin bi diddigin gwagwarmayar da ’ya’yan kabilar Burumawa suka yi wajen kafa masarautarsu a Jihar Filato:

Burumawa, ƙabila ce wacce ta fi yawa a Karamar Hukumar Kanam da ke Jihar Filato, yawanta ya kai kashi  80 cikin 100 na jama’ar ƙaramar hukumar. Haka kuma ana samun su a Karamar Hukumar Wase, inda a can yawansu ya kai kashi 40 cikin 100 na jama’ar ƙaramar hukumar.

Sannan ana samun su a garuruwan kananan hukumomin Lantang da Shendem da Kua’an-Pan da sauransu a Jihar Filato da wasu yankunan Tsakiyar Najeriya kamar Wukari a Jihar Taraba da sauransu.

Asalin sunan wannan ƙabila shi ne Bogghom, kuma ana ambatonta da mabambantan sunaye a tsakanin sauran ƙabilu.  Hausawa ne suka kira su da Burum, wanda shi ne sunan da ya fi karɓuwa kuma ya danne saura. Saboda haka sai ƙabilar ta fi shahara  da sunan Burumawa.

Kafuwa

Wani maharbi mai suna Nimmam, ɗan asalin garin Zinn, wacce a yanzu take Karamar Hukumar Lantang ta Arewa, shi ya kafa garin. Tun farko mahaifan Nimman sun tashi daga garinsu na asali mai suna Tal, wanda a yanzu yake Karamar Hukumar Pankshin a jihar, suka koma Zinn da zama, inda suka haifi Nimman da sauran ’yan uwansa a garin.

Bayan Nimmam ya girma, sai ya riƙi harbi a matsayin sana’arsa. A cikin irin yawace-yawancensa na harbi ne Allah Ya kai shi wani dutse wanda ya ga cewa dutsen ya yi masa daidai da rayuwa a wurin saboda akwai namun daji a wurin. Sai ya share waje ya zauna a kan dutsen shi da iyalansa.

Sannu a hankali, Nimman ya riƙa kashe dabbobin daji yana ci tare da iyalansa sannan yana adanawa. Kasancewar wannan dutse mai tsawon da ake iya hango shi daga garuruwan nesa musamman da daddare idan sun kunna wuta domin ganin haske, sai jama’a suka fara zuwa kan dutsen domin ganin abin da ke gudana ko wanda ke raye a wurin.

Nimman, mutum ne mai karɓar baƙi, saboda haka duk mutanen da suka zo, sai ya ɗebo nama daga cikin irin wanda yake adanawa ya ba su. Wadansu idan suka karɓa, sai su yi godiya su ƙara gaba, wadansu kuma su share wuri su zauna tare da iyalansu, sun samu wurin rayuwa. A kwana a tashi dutsen ya zama gari. Saboda haka sai aka riƙa kiran wannan dutse da Dutsen Nimmam.

Suna

Jama’ar da suka riƙa zuwa ƙungiya-ƙungiya suna zama a kan wannan dutse tare da Nimmam, sai furta sunansa ya wuyata ga wasu ƙabilun suka riƙa kiransa da Namwang. Da Hausawa suka yawaita a garin, bayan Jihadin Shehu Ɗan Fodiyo, su ma furta kalmar ta yi nauyi a bakinsu. Saboda haka sai suka riƙa kiran garin da Namaran ka-tsaye, inda daga bisani da Turawa suka zo  suka karɓe shi yadda Bahaushe yake furtawa. Saboda haka sai wannan suna ya zama shi ne sunan wannan gari a hukumance.

Bigire

Garin Namaran yana nan a Kudu maso Yamma da garin Kanam, ya yi iyaka da Ƙaramar Hukumar Lantang ta Arewa a Kudu maso Yamma. Sannan ya yi iyaka da Ƙaramar Hukumar Wase a Kudu maso Gabas.

Yunƙurin danne ’yanci da binne tarihin Burmawa daga ɓangaren Sarkin Kanam, Alhaji Muhammadu Ibrahim, shi ne abin da ya ƙyasta ashanar hura wutar wannan fafutika ta neman kafa Masarautar Burum (Masarautar Bogghom), wacce ta fara daga 1982.

An ɗauki tsawon shekara 35 (1982-2017), ana ɓarje gumi tsakanin ɓangarorin biyu; sarakunan Kanam da kuma Burmawa, ta hanyar amfani da ƙarfin faɗa-a-ji da baje kolin hujjoji da kowane ɗaya daga cikinsu yake da su.

Wannan fafutika ta riƙa sauya salo daga wannan mataki zuwa wancan tsakanin bangarorin biyu, ta yadda a wani lokaci har sai da ta kai ga raunata wadansu aka samu salwantar rayukan wadansu da kuma ɓarnata dukiya.

Gwamnan Jihar Filato, Solomon Baƙo Lalong, shi ya samu nasarar kawo ƙarshen wannan balahira a tsakanin masarautun Kanam da Burumawa, bayan abin ya faskari gwamnonin da suka gabace shi ciki har da sojoji.

Masomi

Shirye-shiryen bikin tabbatar da daukaka daraja da Mai martaba Sarkin Kanam, Alhaji Muhammadu Ibrahim, OFR ya samu daga Sarki Mai Daraja ta Biyu zuwa Mai Daraja ta Daya a 1982, shi ne masomin wannan fafutika.

Sarkin Kanam Alhaji Muhammadu Ibrahim, ya fito ne daga zuriyar Kh’n Nang, wacce Turawa suka jirkita ta koma Kanam. Wannan zuriya tushenta shi ne wani mutum mai suna Muhammadu Maki, wanda shi kuma asalinsa mutumin Kano ne.

Muhammadu Maki da jama’arsa sun je, sun samu Nimman a Dutsen Nimwang; wanda yanzu ya zama garin Namaran, suka zauna tare da shi. Domin a bambance zuriyar Muhammadu Maki da sauran haulolin da ya tarar a wurin, sai aka riƙa kiransu da Kh’n Nang, wacce ke da ma’ana ta “Daga Arewa,” ko kuma a ce “Mutanen Arewa,” saboda daga Arewa suka fito.  Sunan ya jirkice daga Kh’n Nang ya koma Kanam.

Da aka zo shirye-shiryen bikin ƙarin girma da Sarkin Kanam ya samu, sai ya rubuta cewa dukkan jama’ar Burumawa da ke wannan yanki daga Kano suka je wurin, a jikin ajandar taro. Kasancewar, daga cikin manyan baƙin da ya gayyata domin halartar wannan biki nasa akwai marigayi Mai martaba Sarkin Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero. Sannan ya sauya sunan sarautarsa zuwa Emir, wanda masaratun Daular Usmaniyya ke amfani da shi, waccan gaɓa ta alaƙanta sauran Burumawa da Kano, ta jirkita tarihin Burumawa baki ɗaya, saboda shi Nimman wanda ya kafa garin Namaran, daga Zinn ya ƙaura zuwa wannan dutse a yawonsa na harbi, ya zauna a wurin, sannu a hankali jama’a suna zuwa suna samunsa har wurin ya zama gari.

Saboda haka, ba tare da jinkiri ba, wadansu daga cikin mambobin wannan kwamitin shirye-shiryen suka ƙalubalanci mayar da su Kanawa a tarihance. Dole aka sauya wannan ajandar taro da ta kore dukkan sauran haulolin Burmawa da dangantakar tarihi da Kano in ban da tsurar su haular Kanam ɗin. Sannan da duba yiwuwar shigar da zuriyar Kh’an Bogghom da Kh’n Tankwal cikin Sarautar Kanam.

Wannan lamari ya fusata Sarki, inda nan take ya shaida musu cewa, kakaninsa ne suka ci ƙasar da yaƙi. Sannan ya yi fatali da batun shigar da wata haula cikin majalisarsa tare da jan kunnensu cewa, maganar ta tsaya a iya nan.

Bayan fitowar wannan ayari, sai lamari ya canja salo, inda suka je suka zaburar da dagatan zuriyar Burmawa da na Tankwal, suka haɗa ƙarfi da ƙarfe, suka sake komawa fadar Sarki, aka sake yin wani zama a fadar Sarkin. A wannan zama suka nemi ya yi musu bayanin yadda aka yi, aka ci su da yaƙi. Shi kuma Sarki ya shaida musu cewa, kakansa mayaƙi ne, lokacin da ya zo ƙasar, sai ya riƙa ɗinka wa wadansu ’yan rawar gargajiya riguna domin alamta al’adunsu, ta haka ya mamaye ƙasar, ya kafa yankin da a yanzu ake kira Kanam. Nan take suka musanta shi, suka gaya masa asalin kowace zuriya. Batun taken sarauta kuma ya amsa musu da cewa, zamowarsa Musulmi ne ya ya yi amfani da wannan take na Emir (Amir).

Daga ƙarshe, suka buƙaci cewa, koda ba zai yi wurgi da wancan taken ba, to ya dace ya mutunta sabuwar dokar ƙananan hukumomi da ta buƙaci kowace masarauta a Najeriya ta kafa Majalisar Zaɓen Sarki. Sannan  kasancewarsu duka; Kanam da sauransu duk Burumawa ne, ya kamata koda ba su samu damar gadar wannan kujera ba, to su zama masu zaɓar Sarki. Nan ma dai, Sarki ya sake fatali da wannan buƙata, ya ƙuma ɗaga yin taro da su har sai baba-ta-gani.

Bayan wani lokaci, sai ɗaya daga cikin jajirtattun ’ya’yan Burumawa ya gaya wa Sarkin Kanam saƙon baka cewa, “Allah Ya ja zamanin Sarki, ko ka amince da buƙatarmu, ko kada ka amince, mu ba za mu yi ƙasa a gwiwa ba wajen neman adalcin kafa Masarautar Burum. Koda kuwa wannan fafutika za ta ɗauke mu tsawon shekara ɗari.” Wannan jawabi, shi ne tubalin kafa fafutikar neman Masarautar Burumawa, ’yantacciya daga Kanam.

Turakun fafutika

Kasancewar yanzu an shata layi tsakanin sarakunan Kanam da Burumawa, an kuma buɗe sabon shafin fafutikar kafuwar Masarautar Bogghom; ’yantacciya daga Kanam, to dole wannan fafutika ta samu wasu ginshiƙai masu ƙwari da za ta ɗoru a kansu. Waɗannan turaku na wannan fafutika guda uku ne:

Ƙungiyar Ci gaban Burumawa (Bogghom Debelopment Association): Kungiya ce da ta ɓalle daga Ƙungiyar Ci gaban Kanam. Wannan ƙungiya ita ta haɗe dukkan Burumawa waje guda ba tare da bambancin jinsi, shekaru ko matsayi ba. Ita ta fara batun Bikin Raya Al’adun Burumawa, ta kuma jagoranci kafa Masarautar Burum da dukkan abin da zai iya taimakawa a kai ga nasara.

Ƙungiyar Matasan Burumawa (Bogghom Youth Mobement): Ita kuma wannan ƙungiya ta samu ne sakamakon haramta ayyukan waccar babbar ƙungiya ta ci gaban Burumawa. An kafa ta domin a cimma burin da aka saka a gaba na gudanar da bikin raya al’adun Burumawa a 1986. Bikin da Masarautar Kanam ta yi wa ƙafar ungulu, ta hanyar kai rahoton faruwar rikici a Jihar Filato idan har aka bari bikin ya gudana. Amma bayan kafa kwamitin bincike da gwamnatin ta yi a ƙarshe sai ta bayar da umarni ga Karamar Hukumar Kanam cewa, a ƙyale Burumawa su gudanar da bikin nasu. Amma duk da haka, sai da Masarautar Kanam ta tura zauna-gari-banza suka tarwatsa taron, tun a lokacin da ake kafe-kafen rumfunan manyan baƙi a ƙarshe ’yan sanda suka yi awon gaba da wadansu muhimman mutane daga cikin Burumawa kuma ja gaba a harkar wannan biki, waɗanda aka kulle su a ofishin ’yan sanda na yanki da ke Lantang. Wannan ya faru a ranar 10 ga Afrilun 1986.

Inuwar Dagatan Burumawa (Forum of Bogghom Billage Heads): Ƙungiya ce da ta tattara dukkan dagatan Burumawa waje guda. Wannan ƙungiya ta bayar da gagarumar gudunmawa wajen fafutikar neman kafuwar Masarautar Bogghom. Shugaba na farko shi ne Dagacin Kunkyam, Malam Muhammadu Adamu, bayan rasuwarsa kuma, Alhaji Shehu Suleiman, Dagacin Namaran a lokacin, yanzu kuma Pankwal Bogghom, ya gaje shi.

Shelar bore

Bayan cin zarafin da aka yi wa Burumawa a yunƙurinsu na gudanar da bikin raya al’adunsu, sai suka yi wata ganawa a garin Fyel, cikin tsananin sirri a ranar 12 ga watan Afrilun 1986, saboda dukkan mahalarta taron, suna cikin hilar jami’an tsaron Karamar Hukumar Kanam. Taron, ya samu halatar duk wani mai faɗa-a-ji ɗan ƙabilar Burum. A wannan taro aka yanke shawarar cewa:

Dole a ɗauki matakin dakatar da duk wani cin zarafin Burumawa da ake yi, a shari’ance.

Al’ummar Burumawa ta yanke duk wata dangantakar sarauta da Masarautar Kanam. Sannan dole a sanar da gwamnatin jiha game da wannan ci gaba ta hannun Shugaban Karamar Hukumar Kanam.

Burumawa su samu wata kafa ta sanar da duniya halin da suke ciki, tare da nuna rashin amincewarsu da duk wani tsoma baki da Masarautar Kanam za ta yi a cikin harkokin Burumawa.
