A ranar 8 ga watan Mayun da ya gabata Gwamnan Jihar Kano Dokta Abdullahi Umar Ganduje ya sanya hannu a kan sabuwar dokar da ta yi wa Masautar Kano ayaga, dokar da Majalisar Dokokin jihar ta zartar a awoyi 48, ta kuma kirkiro sabbin Masauratun Bichi da Rano da Gaya da Karaye, baya ga masarautar Kano. Samun wadannan sabbin masarautu ya ba da dama Gwamna Ganduje, ba tare da bata lokaci ba ya nada wa sabbin masarautun Sarakunan yanka masu daraja ta daya, suka kama aiki nan take.
Wadanda aka nada din sun hada da Mai Martaba Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero a matsayin sabon Sarkin Bichi, mai hedkwatar masarauta a Bichi. Sai Mai Martaba Alhaji Tafida Abubakar Ila II, a matsayin sabon Sarkin Rano da hedkwatar mulkinsa ke Rano. Sauran sabbin sarakunan sun hada da Mai Martaba Sarkin Gaya Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulkadir mai hedkwatar mulki a Gaya, yayin da Mai Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Abubakar Karaye II, ya kasance sabon Sarkin Karaye da ke da hedkwata a garin Karaye.
Mai karatu ya kamata ka sani sabbin Sarakunan Rano da Gaya da Karaye da ma su ne Hakiman gundumominsu, kafin Allah Ya daga likkafarsu, yayin da sabon Sarkin Bichi Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero yake Wamban Kano a masarautar Kano da aka yi wa ayagar, kuma da ga marigayi Sarkin Kano Alhaji Ado Bayero (Allah Ya gafarta masa).
Tun bayan da aka yi ayagar, bisa ga dabi`ar dan Adam da kuma ana cikin mulkin dimokuradiyya da ya ba kowane dan kasa `yancin furta albarkacin bakinsa, ba tare da la`akari da ya ma cancanta ya yi maganar kuma me zai fada ba, ake ta yin cece-kucen cancanta ko rashin cancantar yi wa Masarautar Kanon ayaga, wadda ita ce masarauta mafi girma da ma yawan jama`a a dukkan fadin kasar nan da Hakimai 44, masu kasa. Yayin da wasu suke ganin dacewar hakan, wasu kuma rashin dacewar yin hakan suke gani. Masu kafa ra`ayin cancantar yin hakan, suna ba da hanzarin samun ci gaba da kuma isar da mulkin jama`a kusa da jama`ar. Yayin da masu adawa da ayagar suke ganin hakan ba abin da zai haifar sai wargaza dadadden tarihin al`ada da ma zamantakewar mutanen jihar da suke tare yau shekaru aru-aru a zaman al`umma daya, mai addini da al`ada iri daya. Kai ka ji, kamar cewa akwai mutanen yankunan da aka yi wa sabbin masarautun tamkar sun fita daga addinin musulunci. Wasu ma cewa suke yi suna goyon bayan yin ayagar, amma babban abin da ya daure masu kai, shi ne irin hanzarin da Majalisar Dokokin jihar da Gwamna Ganduje suka nuna cikin yi wa Mai Martaba Sarkin Kano Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II ayagar.
Ko a kan gaskiya, ko a kan son zuciya ake samun irin wancan sabanin ra`ayi, duk ba wani sabon labari ba ne, kasancewar masu iya magana kan ce “Daidai wani karkataccen wani,” wasu kuma su kan kara da wata karin maganar da ke cewa “Makiyinka ko ruwa ka fada sai ya ce ka ta da kura,” kuma da ma Allah SWT ai Bai halicci jama`a a kan fahimta iri daya ba. Amma babban abin la`akari da shi a nan a kan yin irin wadannan muhimman abubuwa da su kan shafi rayuwar jama`a kai tsaya, musamman batun Sarakunan gargajiya a kasar Hausa, shi ne irin yadda jama`ar da abin ya shafa suke ko suka karbi abin da aka yi musu.
Sanin duk wanda ke cikin Jihar Kano ne a yau, cewa mafi yawan masu adawa da ayagar, `yan asalin cikin ganuwar birnin Kano ne. A gefe daya kuma akasarin masu murna da ayagar, `yan asalin karkarar jihar ne. Ko me ya sa aka samu wannan bambancin ra`ayi karara ko da kuwa a cikin gwamnatin jihar mai karatu? Kasan a shekarar 1981, gwamnatin farar hula ta farko a tsohuwar Jihar Kanon karkashin jagorancin gwamna marigayi Alhaji Muhammadu Abubakar Rimi ta yi irin wannan ayagar a masarautun Kano da Hadeja, inda ta kirkiro masarautun Rano da Gaya da Auyo, amma gwamnatin farar hula ta marigayi gwamna Alhaji Sabo Bakin Zuwo ta rusa su A SHEKARAR 1983.
Amma dai a wannan karon duk da irin kararrakin da suke gaban manyan Kotunnan jihar da ake kalubalantar ayagar, daga dukkan alamu an yi kenan, don kuwa a kwanakin baya an ruwaito gwamna Ganduje yana cewa ba gudu ba ja da baya a kan tabbatar da ayagar.
Mai yiwuwa gwamnan yana fadin haka ne bisa ga dalilai biyu. Na daya yana ganin ko da Kotunan sun rusa abin da suka yi shi da Majalisar Dokokin a kan ba a bi ka`idojin kirkiro Masarautun da nada Sarakunan ba, to, yana ganin yana da isasshen lokacin da zai sake bi-biyar batun. Na biyu, su ma mutanen yankunan da aka kirkiro wa masarautu, za su iya shige wa gaba su nemi a sake kirkiro masu da masarautun, bisa ka`idojin da suka dace, tun da dai mulkin dimokuradiyya ake yi, ba na soja ba.

Aniyata ita ce in bi sawun irin yadda rahotanni suka tabbatar da cewa sabbin Sarakunan jihar Kanon (Bichi da Rano da Gaya da Karaye) a karon farko, sun yi Hawan Sallah mai kayatarwa da nishadantarwa kuma cikin kwanciyar hankali da lumana, ba tare da an samu wata tashi-tashina ba kowace iri. Bayan hawa da dukkan Sarakunan hudu suka yi a ranar Karamar Sallar zuwa filin Idi. A yammacin kashegarin sallar, dukkan Sarakunan hudu sun shirya wani kayataccen hawa da suka zagaya garuruwansu baki daya inda suka yi tozali a karon farko da talakawansu da suka je kallon hawan sallar daga garuruwa daban-daban na masarautun. Talakawan da suka rika yi wa Sarakunan guda da sowa da jinjinar Barka da Sallah, a zaman nuna murnarsu.
Wadancan haye-hayen Sallah da sabbin Sarakunan suka yi, sun samu halartar gwamnan jihar Kano a Bichi da Mataimakinsa Dokta Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna da ya wakilci gwamna a Rano, yayin da Kakakin Majalisar Dokokin jihar Alhaji Alhassan Rurum ya wakilci gwamna a Gaya, sai Sakataren gwamnatin jihar Alhaji Usman Alhaji da ya wakilci gwamnan a Karaye. Bar batun jawaban da Sarakunan ko gwamna Ganduje ko wakilansa suka yi a wajen hawan Sallar, irin yadda dubun-dubatar jama`ar wadancan masarautu suka yi cincirindo a Hedkwatar masarautun don kallon hawan Sallah ya isa kasancewa mutanen yankunan suna maraba da samun Sarakunan yanka a yankunansu. Kazalika kamar yadda na ambata a sama, irin yadda aka yi komai lami lafiya, ba tare da samun wasu tashe-tashen hankula ba, ya kara tabbatarwa duniya cewa mutanen na so.
