Wasu kwarrarrun masu bincike kan lafiya sun gano cewa yin ‘yar tafiya ko tsayuwa bayan cin abinci na da matukar fa’ida ga lafiyar masu fama da Ciwon Suga.
Binciken masanan ya gano cewa yin tattaki na kimanin mintuna biyu bayan cin abinci na saukar da yawan sukarin da ke jinin mutum, ya kuma rage masa hatsarin kamuwa da Ciwon Suga mai nau’in ‘type 2.

Wasu masu bincike a Jami’ar Limerick da ke Ireland ne suka gano hakan bayan nazarin sakamakon wasu gwaje-gwaje da aka yi guda bakwai.
