Wani kwararre a fannin lafiya, Dokta Ihuoma Eugene, ya gargadi ’yan Najeriya cewa sanya gishiri da yawa a abinci na haddasa mutuwar barin jiki da bugun zuciya.
Dokta Eugene, wanda jakada ne ga Asibitin FrieslandCampina da ke Jos, Jihar Filato, ya ce cika gishiri a abinci na kawo cutar olsa da da kuma kansar tumbi.
Ya ce “wasu mutane na sakaci a yadda suke lafta gishiri a abinci, wanda hakan zai yi musu illa.
“Yawan gishiri na illa ga dan Adam, amma sanya dan kadan na da amfani, sannan adadin da baligai ke bukata a yini bai kai gram daya ba, wanda kananan yara ke bukata kuma bai kai haka ba.
“Yawan cin gishiri yana kawo matsala ga koda kuma yana sanya cutar koda saurin karuwa.
“Yana kuma kara hadarin kamuwa da cutar suga ta hanyar sanya hawan jini.”
Don haka ta bukaci iyaye da su kula tare da takaita yadda ’ya’yansu ke cin gishiri saboda “yana da illa ga manya da yara.’’
A cewarta, “Ya kamata masu cutar suga, masu asma da masu fama da matsalar bugawar jini, su san yadda za su rika amfani da gishiri domin kada rasin lafiyar tasu ta karu.”
