Gwamnan Yobe, Mai Mala Buni ya kaddamar da rabon tallafin Naira biliyan 2.93 ga mutane 40,000 da ambaliyar ruwa ta shafa da kuma kananan ’yan kasuwa a jihar don ƙara jari.

Buni ya ce, mutane 25,000 daga cikin waɗanda suka amfana su ne wadanda  ambaliyar ruwa a shekara ta 2024 ta shafa da kuma marasa galihu, ragowar mutun 15,000 kuma ƙananan ’yan kasuwa ne.

“Ya kara bayyana cewa manufar wannan taron shine kaddamar da gabatar da shirye-shiryen tallafin gwamnatin jihar don karfafawa ‘yan Jihar mu da suka hadu da Iftila’in ambaliyar ruwan da kuma taimakawa kananan ‘yan kasuwar mu don su kara habaka harkokin su na kasuwa.”

Ya ce, “kimanin al’ummomi 441 a faɗin kananan hukumomi 17 ne abin ya shafa, inda sama da magidanta 20,000 suka rasa matsugunansu.

“Abin baƙin ciki, mun rasa rayuka 34 sakamakon ambaliyar, wasu 386 kuma suka jikkata, sannan sama da mutane 50,000 sun rasa hanyoyin rayuwa,” in ji shi.

Gwamnan ya ce, “kowane ɗaya daga cikin mutane 25,000 da ambaliyar ruwa ta shafa da marasa galihu za su samu tallafin Naira 50,000, yayin da aka ware Naira 100,000 ga kowanne daga cikin ƙananan ’yan kasuwar mu su kimanin 15,000.”

Buni ya ce gwamnatinsa ta gyara muhimman hanyoyin da ambaliyar ruwa ta lalata, a yayin da “Gwamnatin Tarayya da abokan huldarmu sun raba tsabar kuɗi Naira miliyan 100 ga waɗanda ambaliyar ta shafa baya ga kayan abinci da da aka raba tun da farko a yankunan da lamarin ya fi ƙamari.

“Waɗannan tsare-tsare suna nuna ka’idojin gudanarwa na gwamnatinmu don tallafa wa marasa galihu da samar da hanyoyin dogaro da kai da wadata.”

Ya yaba da jajircewar al’ummar jihar da kuma sadaukar da kai da hukumomin gwamnati daban-daban suke yi wajen bayar da tallafi ga jama’a.
