A shekaranjiya Laraba ce Babbar Kotun Tarayya ta Abuja ta yanke wa Charles Okah da kuma Obi Nwabueze hukuncin daurin rai-da-rai, bisa samunsu da kotun ta yi da hannu wajen kitsa kai harin bam, a ranar 1 ga watan Oktoban shekarar 2010 a Abuja.
Alkalin Kotun Mai shari’a Gabriel Kolawole a yayin yanke hukunci kan tuhume-tuhume biyar da suka shafi ta’addanci, ya amince da hujjoji da shaidun baka da wadanda suke rubuce da Gwamnatin Tarayya ta gabatar ga kotun, wadanda ya ce sun nuna cewa mutanen suna da hannu a harin na Oktoban 2010. Kazalika Mai shari’a Kolawole ya ce wadanda ake tuhumar sun gaza bai wa kotu wasu kwararan hujjoji da za su nuna cewa ba su da hannu a lamarin. Kuma ya ce abu ne mai muhimmanci a dauki matakin da ya dace don tabbatar da cewa an yi wa iyalan wadanda suka rasa rayukansu adalci.
