Ƙungiyar Matan Jami’an ’Yan Sanda (POWA), ta bai wa waɗanda ambaliyar ruwa ta shafa a Maiduguri da ke Jihar Borno, tallafin kayan masarufi.
Shugabar ƙungiyar ta ƙasa kuma uwargidan Babban Sufeton ’Yan Sanda na Ƙasa, Elizabeth Egbetokun ce, ta jagoranci rabon kayan.

Ta raba kayan abincin ga sama da mutum 200 a ziyarar aiki ta kwana ɗaya da ta kai Jihar Borno.
Ta kum miƙa ta’aziyyarta ga gwamnan jihar, Babagana Umara Zulum, game da waɗanda suka rasu a sanadin ambaliyar.
Wasu daga cikin kayayyakin da ta raba, sun haɗa da buhun shinkafa mai nauyin kilogiram 25, katifu, kayayyakin bayan gida, kayayyakin jinya, da kuma kayan sawa.
Kwamishinan ’yan sandan jihar, CP Yusufu Mohammed Lawal, ya ce Iftila’in ambaliyar ruwan na ɗaya daga cikin mafi muni a tarihin rayuwar jihar tun bayan ƙirƙiro ta a shekarar 1967.
Ya ƙara da cewa ziyarar da ta kai jihar ya zo a kan lokaci domin ambaliyar ruwan ta shafi barikin ‘yan sanda da ke faɗin birnin.
Ya ce hakan ya haifar da ɓarna da kuma gudun hijira ga waɗanda ambaliyar ta shafa.
Shugabar ƙungiyar a jihar, Zara Umar Yakubu, ta miƙa godiyarta a madadin waɗanda suka amfana da tallafin, inda ta yi addu’ar fatan alheri.
