Wata ma’aikaciyar inganta rayuwar al’umma, Hajiya Binta Kasimu ta koka da yadda karuwar ta’addancin ’yan bindiga a kasar nan ke jefa ‘yan mata marayu da suka rasa matsugunnansu auren wuri da kuma fadawa harkar karuwanci.
A wani taron bita kan illolin da auren wuri ka iya jefa yankin Arewa maso Yammacin Najeriya da Gwamnatin Jihar Kaduna ta shirya, Binta ta ce hakan na faruwa ne saboda tsananin talauci da ya yi wa al`umma katutu.

“Jihar Katsina ce tafi kowacce jiha fuskantar tashin hankalin ’yan bindiga, da mutanen da suka rasa matsugunnai, watakila saboda hijirar da wasu daga cikin al`ummar Zamfara, da Sakkwato, da Kebbi ke yi zuwa jihar.
“Yawancin kananan yara mata da iyayensu suka rasu, suka kuma rasa masu kula da su, ba su da mafitar da ta wuce aure, don su samu kulawar mazajensu, wasu kuma idan aka yi rashin sa`a sai su fada karuwanci.
Ta kuma ce ’yan bindiga na ta kashe maza a yankin suna kara yawan zawarawa da marayu, wadanda ba su da wanda zai dauki nauyinsu.
Haka kuma ta ce rashin aiwatar da dimbin shawarwarin da wasu ke ba wa gwamnati kan ayyukan ’yan bindigar ya kara jefa matan cikin kunci.
A nata bangaren, Mataimakiyar Gwamnan Kaduna, Hadiza Balarabe ta ce auren wuri ba tare da an ci gaba da karatu ba, na daga cikin abubuwan da ke dakile ilimi, da na lafiya a yankin Arewa maso Yammacin Najeriya, musamman ma a banagren ilimin kwanciyar aure, da lafiyar masu juna biyu.
Ta ce gwamnatin jihar ta gano tushen matsalar, wanda ya sanya ta ba da fifiko a banagaren inganta rayuwar jama’a, da kuma kokarin ganin an samar da ilimin Firamare da Sakandare kyauta kuma dole.
Har ila yau, wakiliyar Asusun Kula da Yawan Al’umma ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNFPA), Bahijjatu Garko ta ce, “Binciken Kiwon Lafiyar Jama’a na Najeriya na shekarar 2013 ya nuna cewa kashi 19.5 na auren wurin da ake yi wa ‘yan mata masu tasowa a Najeriya dalilin talauci ne, kuma hakan na kara yawa da karfin talaucin fiye da baya”.
