Assalamu Alaikum makarantan mu, barkan mu da sake haduwa cikin wannan fili, da fatan Allah Ya amfanar da mu dukkan bayanan da za su zo cikinsa, amin. Insha Allah za mu karasa bayanin magance mugunyar gajiya don dawo da sha’awar da ta dauke, da fatan Allah Ya sa wannan bayani ya isa ga duk masu bukatarsa kuma ya amfanar da su, amin.
Maganin Mugunyar Gajiya 3
Lakani Ubangiji SWT: Allah SWT Ya bayar da wani lakani ga wannan al’umma don magance matsalolin yau da kullum na rayuwa da kuma samun saukin kowace irin damuwa. Wannan yazo a cikin Aya ta 45 da kuma ta 153 a Suratul Bakara:
“Ku nemi taimako da yin hakuri da sallah, kuma lallai ne ita hakika mai girmace face fa akan masu tsoron Allah.”
“Ya ku wadanda suka yi imani! ku nemi taimako ta hanyar hakuri da kuma Sallah, lallai ne Allah Yana tare da masu hakuri!”
Don haka, dabbakar da wannan manyan ibadodi guda biyu a lokaci daya ingantaccen magani na kawar da dukkan wata matsala ta rayuwa komai girma da tsananinta. In Muka lura zamu ga cewa Annabi SAW mai tsananin hakuri ne kuma mai yawan Sallah. Don haka sai mubi umarnin Allah SWT kuma mu aikatar da Sunnar Annabinsa SAW da koda yaushe, cikin tsanani da kuma cikin dadi don samun taimakon Allah a kowane lokaci cikin rayuwarmu.
Riko da Alkuran Mai Girma: Haka kuma Allah SWT ya sanar damu wani lakanin na yin maganin damuwa da karya dafin mugunyar gajiya ta hanyar yin riko da Al’kur’ani mai girma. Allah Madaukakin SArki YA bayyana mana haka cikin Aya ta 82 Suratul Isra’ da Aya ta 57 cikin Suratul Yunus:
“Kuma Muna sassaukarwa daga Al’kur’ani abinda yake warakane da rahama ga muminai…”
“Ya ku mutane! Lallai ne wata fadakarwa ta je maku daga Ubangijinku da waraka daga dukkan abin (damuwa) da yake cikin kirazan (mutane) da shiriya da rahama ga muminai.”
Don haka kyakykyawan riko da Al’kur’ani mai girma, yawan karanta shi, akalla sau ukku a rana, yawan karanta ko sauraren tafsirinSa, yawan sauraren kira’arSa, bin umarnin da ke cikinsa da kauce hanin da ke cikinsa ingantaccen magani ne na kowace irin matsala ta rayuwa. In wata damuwa addabi dan adam, maimakon ya kai kukansa wajen wani dan’adam din dan’uwansa, yafi dacewa ya dauki Al’kur’ani ya karanta, Yayi hira da shi, ya fahimci Ayoyin da yake karantawa, take yanke zai ji wannan damuwa ta kau kuma in wata mafita yake nema take yanke zai ji ta bayyana cikin zuciyarsa da izinin Allah SWT.
Zikri: Shima Lakanine mai girma kuma ingantacce na karya dafin mugunyar gajiya da kawar da dukkan wata damuwa ko matsuwa ta cikin zuciya da ma’aikatar hankali. kamar Yadda Allah SWT Ya bayyana mana cewa: ‘Wadanda suka yi imani, kuma zukatansu su kan natsu da ambaton Allah; to da ambaton Allah ne zukata suke samun natsuwa.” Don haka dabbakar da zikri koda yaushe cikin rayuwa na yaye dukkan matsalolin yau da kullum na rayuwa kuma ya samar da yalwataccen farinciki cikin zuciya.
Aikatar da Sunnonin Manzon Allah SAW na kullum: Annabi SAW Ya labarta ga Sahabinsa Abu Huraira RA cewa shaydan ya kan yi kulli ukku a bayan wuyan dayanku yayin da yazo kwanciya barci, sannna ya rada masa cewa: “yi ta barcinka, ai daren na da tsawo.” In mutum ya farka ya tuna Allah SWT, (watau yayi addu’ar tashi daga barci), sai kulli daya ya warware, in yayi alwalla sai kulli na biyu ya warware, in yayi Salla sai kulli na ukku ya karasa warwarewa. Da haka sai mutum ya tashi cike da kuzari, farinciki da wadatar zuci. Amma in yayi ta barcinsa har sai da rana ta fito, bai tashi yin Sallar Asuba a lokacinta ba, balle kuma Sallar tsayuwar dare; sannan ya tashi bai tuna Allah ba, to zai tashi jikinsa cike da kasala, gajiya da kwiuya; sannan zuciyarsa cike da damuwa, bakinciki da tsananin huzni. Don haka aiwatar da Sunnonin Manzon Allah SAW na kullum-kullum, musamman na lokacin kwanciya barci da na lokacin tashi daga barci, na shiga gida da na fita gida, na bayan gama alwalla, na zuwa masallaci, na shiga masallaci da na fita daga masallaci, na cin abinci; sawa da cire sutura, da kuma na shiga bandaki ingantattun ayyukan kariya ne daga mugun kullin shaydan da kuma bakaken maganganun shi da ke jefa dan’adam cikin halin kunci da debe tsammani. Don haka sai a dage ayi kyakykyawan riko ga wadannan kyawawan Sunnoni na Manzon Allah SAW don samun sassaukar rayuwa da yalwatacciyar wadatar zuci.
Kyakykyawan Zatto: Komin irin yadda al’amura suka dagule ga musulmi, komin irin yadda rayuwa tayi zafi, yana da kyau koda yaushe Musulmi ya kasance mai yin kyakykyawan zatto da al’amuran rayuwa, yin haka zai hana shi fadawa cikin fargaba da tashin hankalin da munana zatto ke haifarwa, wanda hakan zai zama kariya a gareshi daga kamuwa da cutar mugunyar gajiya.
