Fiye da mata 800,000 na fama da cutar yoyon fitsari a Najeriya kuma da yawansu ’yan Arewacin kasar ne a cewar Asusun Kula da Kidayar Al’umma na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNFPA) .
Jagoran UNFPA a Jihar Adamawa, Dokta Danladi Idrissa ne ya bayyana hakan ranar Alhamis, a yayin yaye wasu mata 50 da suka warke daga cutar a jihar.

Dokta Idrissa ya ce Asusun, hadin gwiwa da Gidauniyar Yaki da Cutar Yoyon Fitsari da ta Ma’aikatar Mata ne suka dauki nauyin yi wa masu dauke cutar kimanin 265 a jihar, kuma 225 daga cikinsu sun warke.
Ya ce sauran 40 din na bukatar a yi musu babban aikin tiyata ne, sai dai rashin kayan aiki masu inganci a jihar ya sanya hakan ba ta samu ba.
“Mata na gamuwa da cutar ne idan mafitsararsu ta fashe a lokacin haihuwa.
“Kuma ta zama ruwan dare a Arewacin Najeriya ne saboda aurar da mata da suke yi tun suna yara kanana da kuma rashin ba su kulawa a lokutan haihuwa gami da dabi’ar haihuwa a gida.
“Wadannan matan na kamuwa da matsanancin ciwon saboda damuwa da yawan tunani ke jefa su, ga kyama da ake nuna musu.
“Sannan idan wadannan suna wari, aurensu ma samun matsala yake yi.
