Gwaman jihar Borno, Farfesa Babagana Umara Zulum ya ayyana ranar Litinin 19 ga watan Oktoba a matsayin ranar azumi da addu’o’i a jihar.
Hakan ya biyo bayan tuntuba da tattunawar da gwamnan ya yi shugabannin addinai da na al’umma a fadin jiharkan matsalar tsaron da ta ki ci ta ki cinyewa a jihar.

A cikin wata sanarwa da mai taimakawa gwamnan kan harkokin watsa labarai, Isa Gusau ya fitar a ranar Lahadi, gwamnan ya ce za a yi azumin ne domin neman karin galaba kan ‘yan ta’addan Boko Haram a jihar, yankin Arewa maso Gabas da ma kasa baki daya.
Sanarwar ta ce za a ci gaba da ayyuka a jihar kamar kullum a ranar azumin, amma ba za a yi kowanne irin gangami ba.
Gwaman ya ce, “Shugabanci amana ce. Idan mutane suka amince da kai to sun damka maka dukkan ragamarsu a hannunka ne, saboda haka dukkan matakin da za ka dauka dole ne ka ji tsoron Allah a cikinsa.
“Za mu yi kokari wajen ririta dan abinda muke da shi wajen yakar Boko Haram, farfado da tattalin arzikin jiharmu da kuma sake tsugunar da mutanenmu wadanda rikicin ya daidaita,” inji Zulum.
Gwamnan ya kuma yabawa jami’an tsaro, masu aikin sa kai, mafarauta da ‘yan kato da gora wadanda ya ce suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen yakin.
Ya ce gwamnatinsa ta dukufa aiki tukuru wajen ganin ta sake mayar da mutanen dake zaune a sansanonin ‘yan gudun hijira musamman a kananan hukumomin Monguno, Kala-Balge, Ngala da ma sauran sassan jihar zuwa garuruwansu.
Ko a watannin baya dai sai da gwamnan ya ba da umarnin yin irin makamancin wannan azumin domin neman taimakon Allah kan kawo karshen matsalar da ta addabi jihar tun sama da shekaru 10 da suka shude.
