Hukumar Yaki da Cin Hanci da Rashawa ta EFCC ta sake gurfanar da Akanta Janar na Najeriya da aka dakatar, Ahmed Idris.
EFCC dai ta gurfanar da shi tare da wasu mutane guda uku a gaban kotu, inda ake tuhumarsu da almundahanar kudaden da suka kai naira biliyan 109.
Sauran wadanda aka gurfanar a kotun sun hada da Olusegun Akindele da Mohammed Usman da kuma kamfanin Gezawa.
EFCC ta ce Idris ya karbi sama da naira biliyan 15 a matsayin rashawa domin taimakawa jihohin da ke da arzikin mai karbar hakkinsu na kashi 13 da ake basu daga asusun gwamnatin Tarayya.
Hukumar ta kuma ce Idris ya karkata akalar naira biliyan 84 daga asusun gwamnati zuwa amfanin kansa daga watan Fabarairun bara zuwa Nuwamba tare da taimakon Olusegun Akindele.
Tun farko dai EFCC ta gurfanar da wadannan mutanen ne a gaban Alkali Adeyemi Ajayi da ke kula da Kotun Tarayya lokacin hutu, yayin da yanzu kuma aka mayar da shari’ar a gaban Alkali Yusuf Halilu.
Idris da sauran mutanen 3 sun ki amincewa da tuhume tuhume 13 da aka gabatar akansu, yayin da lauyansu ya bukaci a bada su beli kamar yadda Alkali Ajayi ya yi a baya.
Lauyan EFCC Oluwaleke Atolagbe bai ki amincewa da bukatar ba, yayin da mai shari’a Halilu ya ce ba da wadanda ake zargi suna da hakkin a ba da su beli kamar yadda Kundin Tsarin Mulkin Kasa ya tanada.
Daga bisani Alkalin ya dage sauraron karar zuwa ranar 23 ga watan Nuwamba.
